It's my understanding that, if one were to have a firm enough grasp on legal matters, one could force someone who holds an office to honor his official duties, less he be penalized by another officer ordered to fulfill his own duties at risk of penalization. This is theory. The big point is to understand what this nation used to be, what it is now, and how the hell did we get here.

In other words, you aren't compelled to do what the government demands because it's written down in law, but because if you don't do what they say, they will harm you. This remains the same even if you do away with the law entirely

This is the problem, the government is flawed in the way that corrupt agencies and extensions of the state are abusing their power and harming citizens, and sometimes working to undermine or altogether ignoring the citizens rights. I don't think anyone here is trying to find the ultimate loophole in the law, if they are then that's pretty dumb cuz that doesn't exist. All that said, I don't know who downvoted you. Downvotes get misused like that it's stupid
