Snopes had always said not to trust a single authority. And their background of mom-and-pop administration has never been a secret. And their democratic-leaning has been obvious since the first W. Bush election.

Anecdotally, during that time I was getting a lot more conservative propaganda in my inbox and elsewhere than false liberal propaganda...

And I have never heard the name Soros outside conversation from the likes of Limbaugh- extremely conservative, paranoid people who I can't really stand listening to.

And I thought snopes was basically dead by this point. They jumped the shark long ago- there are only so many old wives' tales.

I lost respect for them when I saw this article about

which they categorized as "false".
