A: They don't.

Salon Magazine has never made money. They have always relied on the generosity of their biggest shareholder, billionaire investment banker, Bill Hambrecht. Hambrecht has helped to launch IPOs for some of America's biggest tech companies including Google, Apple, Genentech, Adobe, & Amazon. He is also part owner of the Oakland Raiders and a notable shareholder at JPMorgan.

Q: What does Bill Hambrecht have to gain from constantly spewing racist bullshit?

A: A lot.

Hambrecht is a major political donor to the Democratic party, bankrolling the campaign of Nancy Pelosi since the 1970s. In 2001, Mother Jones magazine ranked him has the 64th biggest political donor in the US. ^[1] He has supported a number of major candidates including Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Hillary Clinton.

In the mid 2000's he was involved in legislation to limit "stealth PACs" a common political contribution vehicle used by small grass roots campaigns to raise money. The legislation was seen as an attack on small donors as it did not affect major political contributors like himself, continuing to shield them from public scrutiny.

Hambrecht quit his post on the board of AOL after they announced a deal to purchase the Huffington Post, a move he saw a being a direct attack on his pet propaganda project, Salon magazine, especially considering that the Huffington Post actually turns a profit. ^[2]

His venture capital firm, Hambrecht and Quist was purchased by JPMorgan in the 1990's forming a deep alliance between Hambrecht and one of the world's largest, most powerful banks. ^[3]

Along with George Soros, Hambrecht has been a major contributor to Harry Reid, and any candidates who actively spew nonsense about climate change, regardless of scientific accuracy. ^[4] This is a convenient way to divert attention away from the real culprit: industrial pollution, which is responsible for agro runoff, deforestation, asthma and cancer clusters, etc.

Q: So what does all this mean?

A: Hambrecht, like other globalists, is using the SJW movement to divert attention away from real privilege, the billionaire banker fucks who control the Federal Reserve. He is using Salon Magazine, a money losing venture, attempting to pit us against each other to sow the seeds of discord in society so that we never point fingers at the people who are pillaging America's wealth.

Hambrecht is just another cog in the globalist machine. Hambrecht doesn't care about people of color, as his magazine might suggest. He cares about securing control of the fiat banking system which continues to fuel his asset backed empire.
