If I ever fly commercially again, I will still not walk through a scanner for medical reasons.

Dillon

Can I say that now in place of opt out? what do you have to tell them, do you have to get more specific than saying medical reasons?

pitenius

Every time I've opted out they asked if I had a pacemaker. You might could try that. Of course, if you don't, lying to an "officer" is a felony... even though they can lie to you. Just as Martha Stewart.

I don't know. I hope to never need to fly commercially again. If I have to fly, I'll do the research and find out.

I have never taken a single flight, and I really, really would prefer never doing it because of the TSA. At the same time, I feel defeated for boycotting them, as it essentially makes it impossible for me to ever visit other countries- or even go across the country in reasonable time. But I guess that's the price you pay for Freedom TM
