This sounds interesting and fascinating but I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be getting out of it. So I get my car towed, or I get a DUI or some other sort of ticket and I go to court... then I go through this process... then what?

common law is based on (as i comprehend) the foundation that the law is broken if there is harm, loss or fraud. the 'statutes' passed by government often do not stick to these foundations and are just money making exercises in control. by switching jurisdiction it is possible to bring some semblance of balance to a court room and a nation.

Makes sense. Like the fact that I speed and have gotten speeding tickets but never actually caused an accident. Or the stupid parking tickets that sometimes get ticked onto my car for sitting in someplace too long despite having no negative affects.

Hmm. How does this actually occur in courts? You don't ever hear about this being used.

there are various approaches to this, since the systems are so complicated. i did have some videos of an american guy telling the story of how he stated, when asked how he pleaded (to a traffic issue) that he 'does not plead to courts of contract' - which is a way of saying 'i know you are operating a commercial business here and thus i do not need to plead to you'. they made him wait till all the other cases were finished, so that the court was emptied and then they cancelled the case. there are other videos from britain and elsewhere that cover this. it doesn't get covered in the controlled mainstream media often. one group here even moved to arrest a judge and had about 100 people present to do it. some will tell you that all this 'doesn't work'.. however, from my limited experience, i can say that if the knowledge is correct and appropriately used, then it does work and the result is empowerment.
