I do see the picture, thank you for the reply!!:)

Search youtube for 9/11 thermite.

TLDR would be that the bright orange glow from the melted material shown in several different 9/11 videos is consistent with steel/iron being melted. Steel/iron cannot be melted by jet fuel so the government said that it was actually aluminum that was molten in the videos which has a much lower melting point and also the aircraft that hit the building was 80% aluminum. The counter argument to aluminum being molten in the videos is that aluminum does not glow bright orange but stays silver. The government countered that argument saying it was molten aluminum + office furniture. No results have been replicated showing that any kind of objects mixed with molten aluminum give off a fiery orange lava type texture that is shown in the 9/11 videos. The debate has not gone beyond this point.

I upvoted @OmniscientGiraffe because he/she politely answered a question and contributed to the discussion. I downvoted you for adding nothing to the conversation but backhanded insults.

Alias_Unknown

To an extent yes. I wouldn't include a lot of military advancements like stealth technology for an example. But for the majority of things I would agree. More openness and discussion would promote a better relationship with the general public.

Alias_Unknown

That's not even what I'm saying. I was giving background on the subject. Furthermore it's not the tool, but how it's used.

WeAreNotThem

You seem to over-complicate things bro, CNN does that to your brain, are you pro Obama as well?

tanglisha

You can't implicitly trust any source of information, really.

Read what's written. Check out sources. Learn which sources tend to be more or less reliable.

At that point, you can take the information offered and make an informed decision. Be flexible, though, information changes and something you decided wasn't or was true may turn out to be the opposite with more information.

babystormer

In a healthy nation it does not make sense to hurt your own.

In a sick empire it does not matter. They see people as cattle, lemmings. The people who orchestrated it, are not our people. Study who controls the media. What is Aipac and ADL. How do they constantly work against us and exploit us.

LoveAngel

Yes the Jews control the media-.-

mr_skeltal

Ugh why does somebody always try to make this insinuation that conspiracy theorists hate Jews? It's a tired old trope that gets pulled out any time a Jew (or indeed Israel) gets implicated or criticised. "Say, isn't it odd that there were three Israelis caught dancing and filming during 9/11?" "ANTI-SEMITE!!".

"Jews control the media" is inaccurate in any case. Rich white people control the media. Religious or cultural background is irrelevant, they only care about money and power.

WeAreNotThem

What the fuck are you talking about? you ok?

daggerhashimoto

a lot of them!

WeAreNotThem

Do you work for the NSA ?

If_you_say_so

Most of the chem trail business is directed at airlines. Cloud seeding is a process to increase precipitation where it's needed. In the us I have hear of ski resorts doing it to increase snowfall

Alias_Unknown

They've been cloud seeding for decades. Back in the 60's they looked into using it for military applications, like creating a rain storm to impede enemy movement. Since then it's been mainly used for fighting droughts and I would suspect ski resorts.

un1ty

You need to read about Maximilien Robespierre and terrorism to realize not only how old terrorism is, but how and why governments use it against their own citizens in order to enact change in some shape or form. Unfortunately, it's extremely effective.

WeAreNotThem

Did he tell you himself he's not a lizard person?? Or was it his friends that told you? Hahah you seem so smart I didn't even read after your first 2 "facts"

jerry

You stopped reading where he started talking about the answer you wanted.

WeAreNotThem

Oh and his news source is CNN ahah

WeAreNotThem

Nope it's because he started by saying his opinion without any real arguments / facts. Opinions are worthless jerry, quit sucking his dick

jerry

Ohhhhhhhhh you came not to have your questions answered but to instead try and troll people. Go back to reddit

Conde_Nast

The government is run by FOREIGN interests. When all it takes is money (lobbying) to give to congressmen then the person who gives the money is in control of whatever policy is written by law. If the people giving the money are Saudi's then the Saudi's are in control. The entire American government from the bottom to the top has been compromised over the past 50 years and even though American's still hold all the government titles, the foreigners who put them there (or paid for them to be in power) are in control behind the scenes.

Once you understand that the entirety of the US government is run by foreigners and not Americans you can start to accept more easily things like 9/11 was caused by people inside the US government.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1biKeaOH3qc

Anthrax is made by the US military. It cannot be made by "terrorists living in caves".

There is video and scientific proof thermite was used on 9/11 to bring the buildings down which is only made by the military.

Alias_Unknown

Just two quick points. Anthrax has been studied by many different governments. There's an island near the UK which is still quarantined because of the residual effects of expirements. There's no doubt that other countries have similar labs to study it who may be less scrupulous about who gets their hands on the stuff.

Also thermite is a relatively easy compound to create and manufacture. During the polish uprising in WW2 civilians were able to create decent quantities to fight thr Nazis with.

Charlie_Prime

Genetic sequencing proved the anthrax used during the run-up to 9/11 was made in U.S. government labs.

The thermite used in the World Trade Center demolitions is a nanoscale type that only first-world government weapons labs have the ability to manufacture.

WeAreNotThem

Even if the truth is scary, it is how you perceive things that matters :) So be happy regardless

Ulluses

Probably a few of them, maybe 1 in 30 are bang on the money. As for the majority there's some truth in them but a lot of the time people make poor connections or really try and make the scene fit the picture in their heads.

The government being in on 9/11 has enough evidence that it's very likely that the intelligence agencies were involved at multiple levels and especially in the aftermath but the most popular theory is that the US intelligence agencies had some plans and names and were setting up some small scale terror attacks to kick off a war when the whole thing got way out of hand when they lost control of the operation, especially in how many planes they managed to hijack. The more insidious aspect is how the government embraced the pain and capitalised on the event before all the corpses had even been found.

keysertrollze

What are some that you think are objectively true, which other people don't seem to want to accept?

oelsen

It doesn't help, you can't convert them.

Watch the most recent Last Week Tonight and shit bricks.

You have to get to the core of their identity and show them how some group tries to coopt that. Maybe bankers with their interests or some manufacturer or anything else, but it has to neatly fit into the world they experience to produce results. Iran-Contra e.g. is useless, because neither the Contras nor Iran is important today. And most I encountered said they would support such deals, because it was to free hostages. And so every link on the list has problems and only some work.

WeAreNotThem

You'll sleep better when you accept it all as true, because it is...

daggerhashimoto

all? no. a lot? yes!

goatboy

Is it all true? No. There are many conflicting theories that point in different directions, but like a crowd of people guessing a specific answer to a problem and all coming up with answers near the truth, the average of all the guesses is probably true or at least mostly true.

For example does jet fuel melt steel beams, no. Are there shape shifting lizard people living in a hollowed out Earth that General Richard Byrd met with in the 40s and 50s... probably not. Most likely he was looking for ways to claim and exploit Antarctica's vast hydrocarbon reserves and hold them in store until the technology to extract the reserves was economically feasible.

Thegreatandpowerfulr

I am just confused as to why people don't understand melting does not equal being weakened. Yes, the beams were weakened and so the towers collapsed. No, they weren't melted.

Mumberthrax

There are witness accounts, video recordings, and temperature measurements, all indicating the presence of molten steel.

mr_skeltal

This is what is ridiculous to me, the laws of physics prove that the 9/11 Commission Report is completely inaccurate but nobody will listen to SCIENCE over the television.

goatboy

Ah yes, the classic laughy taffy theory of 9/11.

BeerBaron

In terms of 9/11- to be able to create justification for a stateless war (in other words, a war not against a nation, but an "entity" aka "war on terror"). War is a HUGE money making industry. A stateless war allows them to say "the enemy is always out there somewhere and always on the move, and we must always fight them, no matter where they are." They've created their own justifications to be able to invade sovereign nations while at the same time keep the local (US) populace under control. The perpetual state of fear in the that the boogeyman is right around the corner about to get us and we HAVE to let the authorities do EVERYTHING they can to stop them, even if it means giving up our rights in the process. Because, they're keeping us safe from the terrorists. It's all about money and control.

Since that is the only conspiracy you specifically mention, it is the only one I will address. However, as you said, there are a LOT of them out there. Some have legitimate kernels of truth, others are meant to distract and vilify. It takes a very skeptical and open mind to differentiate between the two.

WeAreNotThem

So this proves our "leaders" are satanists that sacrifice / murder "their own" people ?

BeerBaron

I never said satanists, nor did I make any attribution to any religious affiliations or connection. That's you projecting your own bias.

As for proof that they sacrifice and murder their own people? Unequivocal yes. You can also look at Operation Northwoods and Operation Gladio for further proof that 'leaders' are more than happy to kill their own people to further their personal agenda. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

WeAreNotThem

Then why are you not part of a resistance if you know this to be true? You enjoy paying psychopaths monthly?

BeerBaron

So, still nothing legitimate to contribute to the conversation? No, much easier to just distract from the substance of the conversation. Stay classy.

DoubleOhGadget

No, all the stuff on this sub isn't true. That's why they're called conspiracy theories =P. But users will put forward theories, and it's your job to read through their research and determine for yourself what you believe is true. That's the fun of it.

catechumen

/v/underreported might alter your perspective a bit.

If_you_say_so

I don't know man. I have been reading a lot, there are some conspiracies that are pretty valid, but 9/11 doesn't seem like it is one. I mean I'm a commercial pilot and I get a kick out of the Chem trail conspiraCy. It has gotten to the point of pilots making fun of it. Check out teamchemtrail.com

rupertmandrake

but 9/11 doesn't seem like it is one. I mean I'm a commercial pilot and I get a kick out of...

As a commercial pilot, can you explain how a Boeing 767-200 can do 500+ mph at less than 1000' altitude? And how such inexperienced pilots were able to control aircraft at such speeds, which greatly exceeded the vehicle's VNE (Velocity Never Exceed) without airframe structural failure?

@If_you_say_so - I'm truly curious about this, do you have any perspective regarding these points?
So, no answer then? Cognitive dissonance too strong on these points to address them? You have no opinion on these facts? Or something else?

BeerBaron

Thanks for the link. I've seen some people discussing this point, but had never seen where the backing of it came from. Much appreciated!

Sinful_Casshern
