i definitely have 'retarded' aspects, but on the up side i have 5 fingers on EACH hand.

previously less, i've even been made fun of for such 'mitts' i choose to say 'yes' definitely 'retarded' just by the nature of my DNA container as a whole.

but in saying so we really need a reference point... so on review, 'selective retardation' would be a better term.

the fact is we can't say, you could say this or that container has this or that selective value, but to attribute this class to all containers in sets is i think much to broad.
