Those that are lazy and prone to cheating are the ones most likely to seek government jobs.

America is the most corrupt government in the world. It's not just here in America, we corrupt every nation on this planet.

Sad to say there wasn't a thing on the list that surprised me

Why am I not surprised? In any system where you cannot be fired, things like this happen. All the bad apples flock to the free stuff, and when it's all free, why not? Another example: During the David Koresh incident (Waco, TX), the FBI incinerated bunches of children. What happened? They said, "mistakes were made..." FBI agents were "reassigned." Janet Reno, who certainly should have been prosecuted, continued on her stint as attorney general of the US until President Clinton's re-election (Oh, did I forget to tell you that this occurred during the Clinton Presidency??) (I'm discussing this one because I watched the Congressional hearings myself, and especially the testimony of the Texas Rangers, who were outraged). No honor for David Koresh or the Branch Davidians, who were evil and corrupt, but why kill the kids? This was predictable, if you're not an idiot.
