The private sector have been cloning for personal organ transplant stocks for years I sure.

Dysnomia

They are enormous douchebags capable of ruining your life.

That's not a sure thing though. I assume they always come out polar opposite to your personality though, so it's a pretty common calamity.

Possible. But as the saying goes, "three may keep a secret, if two of them are dead."

Plenty of things can stay hidden. But cloning is huge. There's a reason it caused such an uproar with cloning sheep. It's not just cool tech. That's humanity changing. It breaks down religious beliefs. The moral, scientific, religious, and financial significance is just too big.

smokratez

I wouldn't be surprised if it's real.

Umm k... All I'm saying is not much stays under the radar for long in this day n age, even when trying to suppress it. Cloning is a big one, like discovering extraterrestrial life. It effects too much to stay hidden.

You mean the one long before the internet broke open global communication?

You could drop the truth about life, the universe and everything right here in this thread. Who do you think would believe it?

With compartmentalization the only people who need to know the details at the end of the day are the people that are on a need to know basis .

The way I see cloning and other more fridge ideas is that all we need to do is follow the money. Trillions lost in black projects that aren't on record. That money is going some where. Moral obligations means fuck all when you're in a position to make someone disappear with no inquires guaranteed.

My only thoughts on cloning is that I would have loved working with an army clone of myself. That warehouse would have ran so smooth.

I don't think it exists though. It's pretty hard to keep something like that under wraps. Too easy to get information out, too much of a scientific breakthrough, and too much moral conflit to stay hidden.
