This is not the tool of a free society

We desperately need to make data aggregation, mining of an individuals data, or the sale of data by gov't, corporations or individuals completely illegal without a warrant (gov't) and/or a secured (encrypted), local repository used for customer services, and retention (corporation/individual businesses). Migration of data between entities should be illegal. People should 'own' their aggregate data.

This is what everyone has been warned about. If it is allowed to proceed unchecked, with no way to view or fix it's assumptions, everyone is fucked.
