If that's the FBI's plan, they are making a terrible mistake. It's very possible a Republican will win the White House, and destroying Hillary makes it much more likely.
That's why many Dem's think that this is a Republican conspiracy. Considering who controls the executive branch, I doubt it. I think this is the doing of a large number of deeply offended people, who want some real change, not just "one more of the same." I'd put Judicial Watch in that group, among others. Yes, they are a conservative group, but so what? Hillary has her detractors within the Democratic party, but almost all are afraid of her and her family. That means effective opposition must come from the other side, that has nothing to lose.
