I feel like TPTB construct our reality through the news, tv shows and movies, celebrities, books etc. When I finally woke up, I felt like I was red pilled and realized my reality is not from my own making.

this is basically correct but also incorrect - :

you are not trapped in the pyramid in the same sense that the 'Spoon is not there'

You (what you are) is not your DNA container.

you are essentially as 'Trapped'' as you believe you are, that's going to be difficult to understand however no less factual.

I've always been fascinated how we as humans are the only animals on this planet who constantly track and stress over time. Past, present, and future. We worry about it often and put a lot of mental focus into it.

Not sure about your premise (3 dimensions = Time/Space/Matter or Length x Width x Height or Mental, Physical, Spiritual?) but for me time is simply a man-made construct that does not exist outside of our perception.

There is an aboriginal tribe I read about that, unlike most of the world, sees the future behind and the past ahead because they say that the past is known to them and thus should be in front of the eyes. Conversely the future is neither known nor seen so it is to their rear.

...Anyway...

Without humans, time (as we know it) can not be measured or recognised. Therefore it is an anthropological illusion that (as part of a more complex system) basically distracts us from the development, application and enjoyment of our inherent individual talents.

you forgot one dimension

I don't think that's what he is saying.

We perceive time because we are 3-dimensional creatures and our brains process one moment onto the next. Time, as we know it, doesn't really exist outside of our realm of how we perceive the Universe around us. We are trapped in a "waterfall model" going downwards. If we were to exist in higher dimensions, we'd perceive time as infinity moving to infinity where every possible timeline has happened and you can move freely to where ever and whenever you like.

I find time pretty interesting. We are all in this single moment of eternity together ,it's only the remembrance of the past and expectation of the future that creates this illusion of a constantly flowing timeline.
