It's me! I love voat, and I love the constitution! AMA

I like it. If it doesn't work out for 2016 will you immediately start running for 2020. Seems like without corporate sponsorship it's hard to get that initial word out. You have to hit all the media outlets at once if you are one of these big names or even they will fail. That or you need one hell of a head start.

So if I were critical of any policy point it would be the transhumanism stuff. Is that what you are referring to with the Moonshot.

All the other policy points are right on. I love me some Thorium. You've got to deregulate monozites so that China doesn't keep it's monopoly on rare-earth metals and then that thorium will be cheap.

Can you also deregulate a large swath of the radio band so that people can play with new communication protocols. Just take what does need regulation like wifi, gsm, and military stuffs and drop everything else including archaic voice over radio regulations that are literally censorship.

Would you ever consider expanding the bill of rights to include further protections. Some people argue that the document is really old and the founding fathers couldn't understand our needs so it should be disregarded. I think that is somewhat true except that means they couldn't be aware of what protections we needed and we need some more. Some of it just needs to be more clearly defined as well. Would you consider sponsoring any effort like that?

Thanks for running. I'll even vote for you if I see your name for sure. Be sure to make the rounds past voat again before Nov 2016 as a reminder.. or sooner ;)

Are there other rights that should be added to the Bill of Rights? Absolutely! That said, it is still a great document as is.

I'm not advocating transhumanism. The moonshot(s) I was referring to was increasing off-grid living, and developing robots that grow organic food. I think both of those would go a long way to increasing human liberty.

We have plenty of rare earths here in the US. They are currently illegal to mine, as part of a "Free Trade" deal with China. Just more corporate corruption there. Thorium is all over the planet, there are plenty of great sources here in the US. WE used to be the leading exporter of rare earths back in the 60s. It's just been dis-incentivized by the corrupt sell-outs in DC. Thanks man! Will keep on running!
