I found another article from April 23, 2015 at the New York Times linking Clinton, Russia, Uranium, Canada and United States land (but not specifically the Hammond Ranch). Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal

I've been digging for some sort of proof about this being linked to the Hammond Ranch, but so far all I've found is speculation. I think it definitely warrants some looking into though. It doesn't really seem that far fetched. The gov has an extreme interest in obtaining land in Oregon. Look up at how much land is gov owned in Oregon. Also, here's a video by dutchsinse on the subject. He is saying that these ranchers have precious metals/uranium etc on their land and that these ranchers are mining this stuff and using cattle grazing as a front.
