This money is for paid "speechs". These "speechs" don't guarantee outcome, but increase the likelihood of desired outcome. If I pay a politician 200,000, this is a bribe.On the other hand, if it is for one hour "speech" it becomes perfectly legal. Another option is to start a foundation. Better yet, paid "speechs" and a foundation. Quite the hustle.
