dude, ordering a person with no clearance in the first place to cut off the header of a doc that says top secret on the header and then send said doc over an unsecured fax line is comparable to treason. im not picking on her, that is incompetence all day long. or hubris, of which in any event we do not need either at 1600 Penn ave. as far as lynch, she ultimately decides to prosecute even if the FBI wants to, she alone "with obama of course" makes that call. they have threatened to go public if she attempts to not prosecute. we are watching a tug of war play out with them right now.

This is true. Having worked with them and OGA, I kinda doubt they would be organized enough to use these as a cover up though is all I meant. I don't believe the FBI does so much of that as other government bodies that may utilize it to their advantage.
