The state of Michigan doesn't own those pipes. It's probably owned by the city or a water district company.

The citizens of Flint need to file a civil lawsuit. At the very least, this is negligence on the City of Flint.

But seriously, why does he lay out a plan if its not his fucking job? He is quoted as saying that they need to start the planning process, this isn't something they can just do.

So obviously it IS part of his fucking job.

Just keep knocking down strawmen. He's not saying that the governor caused the lead problems, but as a public official it is obviously part of his job to do whatever is in his capacity to rectify such a widespread situation.
