I think the goal is to destroy Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Iran through war. Those are the last bastions of religious power (sure there's the Pope/Vatican, but they don't have the ability to foment violence in the name of religion).

I'm brushing in broad strokes here.

Jewish (race not religion) leaders want to, and for the most part do, lead the world. Sunni Muslims want to be lead by divine rulers and abore citizen representation either through republic or democracy. Which is why they hate Shia who want representative leaders as opposed to kings and caliphate. So Jews encouraging the world wide spread of a subserviant system plays right into their methods thus far. This alliance isn't a surprise in that perspective. The twist to come will be how and when they would place themselves as the divine ruling class worldwide.
