Bubbha

They're 25 years ahead of us in technology and they don't want to share with the public. Who the fuck knows what they have now.

that

I've heard the hologram guy story in a John Lear interview, this may be where you've got it from as well. Not sure how much I can trust anything he says anymore, but you propose an interesting idea. However, it would have been useful in massive events, smaller "shootings" and "bombings" are easier to fake with crisis actors. That said, I don't know what to believe anymore, I won't be surprised if what you propose is happening to some extent.

Unreasonable

Holograms are used mainly when they want a speaker at a live event, but don't want them there in person. The President uses holograms for a lot of speeches. How it works today you need a large covered stage to pull off the effect, so thats a tell tale give away.

As far as project Bluebeam and staging events, they use more crisis actors, paid shills, and essentially stage news as they would stage any television program. You'll notice this when news shows huge protests and yet they only have a few faces in their photos and they don't match up with social media accounts.

There's plenty of people who'd sell out humankind for a new car and some sneakers.
