This is absolutely correct. Cell phones transmit in the microwave spectrum for a reason. They have microwave transceivers mounted on Humvees for crowd control, which when cranked up can kill. Why is it so hard to believe that a microwave transceiver mounted on a tower could be used for exactly the same purpose?

I do actually believe it may be the time for people to start sabotaging these things. Some people put organite around towers, this may help, but sabotage may be our best recourse at this moment.

They will be used to corral people. Imagine if a ring around your city, a deathzone per se, were put in place. They wouldn't need fences, people would just drop dead if they walked into the deathzone. Dissident cities could be wiped out with the flick of a switch. Individuals targeted. Dissent would vanish and people would line up for whatever they have coming for us.

What kind of "communication tower" is he talking about? What kind of antenna is at the other end? How much power for said "towers"?

A communication tower is not one standardized thing. It looks like he's referring to cell phone towers though. In that case, cell phones have tiny antennaes and transmit with relatively low power. Your cell phone is not going to be able to communicate reliably with a tower 10-20 miles away especially in an urban setting. That's why there are so many of them. Lots of towers so that cell phones can be tiny.

Jesus, this is terrifying, especially because I live just a few miles from a cellphone tower. I always had a slight notion that these towers had an alternative, sinister purpose and this video confirms it.
