Every Saturday you can just about set your watch to it. They fly over head for about 30 minutes. They also don't show up on flight tracker.

I was at a friends house last summer and we were all sitting in the back yard having a few beers. There was this single prop plane just flying in circles over the east side of town for hours and hours, the whole time we were out there. I bet that was one of those FBI planes equipped with a sting ray. At the time, none of us could figure out why the plane was circling the same area for so long. This explains it
