On the comments sectiono there are people saying it was published on 1996, a year after the bombings and no one seems to find a pre-bombing publication. Therefore this might be just a publicity stunt from the publisher.

It says the publication was held up... I mean it's possible he changed the whole story to match recent events, but I dunno. It still doesn't explain the other two events that it predated.
