BUT, its not spying if you are in public. OR, if your actions can be seen from public. Close the damn door, curtains, privacy fence, etc etc.

I agree with the court on this one. There has never been an expectation of privacy when you are in public. That is the exact same principle that protects us when we record the cops. They cant make you stop recording if in public.
