Just for shits and giggles I wanted to see what my first post to reddit was over six years ago. Username is the same if you care to look. It was a google video link, which has since been deleted, about the NSA's unconstitutional practices. Lol. I guess a broken clock is right sometimes.

Anyway, that got me thinking about my time on that site. This might sound cheesy, but prior to Reddit I was a internet hermit. That is not to say I was never online, I've been tinkering in the interwebs since the Prodigy days. On an old Tandy1000 to boot.

What I am trying to say here is that as much as I was online, I never had an internet home. Reddit became that home. Much of that was my wife's doing. She's an oldtimer and had been begging me to join for about a year before I did. U/Haven if you care to look.

Kinda sad, but it's not like we didn't see this coming.
