Tommie Copper clothing is a great place to start. I wear the underwear and a tank as my base protective layer. I have a BluShield scalar wave emitting device that is, really a life changer. I place EMF protective stones and organite around my home and work. I bring a cloth with silver threads to throw over any WiFi router. I never use my cell near my head, I never use any wireless near my head, speaker phone only. Don't use WiFi, plug your computer into ethernet, you'll also get faster speeds. Get an EMF meter so you can measure radiation rates and figure out sources that effect your home and work space. There is more to do for more extreme situations.
