Anyone who knows a lick about history knows that violence starts on both sides of the fence during protests. It's the underclass fighting the protected elite class. The police protect the wealthy. That's why they were created for god's sake. What would happen if the working class suddenly had their own police force? Hint: They'd call them gangs or thugs in the MSM...or even worse, the Black Panthers.

If an agent provocateur is used to change a peaceful protest into a violent protest, the meteor is the establishment not protestors. Not to say they used on in Baltimore, but why wouldn't they? Dress one agent as Lil Wayne, order him to throw a rock and a hundred rocks are thrown from the people. Now, it's easier to justify tanks, gas, and rubber bullets.
