Plug in everything . Zero out your at home wireless use. Plug in your computer to your router (faster more reliable speeds), turn off WiFi, plug in your keyboard, mouse, etc.. Cords are better and faster. Get a land line. Use cell phone only on speaker.

Tommie Copper makes great clothes that do a fantastic job of attenuating the RF signals. I also use BluShield active scalar transmitter, which is just amazing, as well as various organite devices to clean up the environment.

Implement any of these and you'll start to feel better, less agitated.

I'm an EHS sufferer and once you figure out whats causing all those small irritations, headaches, etc.. your life will change dramatically.

Don't listen to all the BS people who couldn't fathom that the same microwaves used to heat your food, might also be used to bake your brain.

No wireless technology is safe, it all is done in the Microwave spectrum, specifically tuned to 2.4 GHz, or the resonant frequency of water. Guess what you're made mostly of?

The Frey effect causes the ringing in your ears. Your pineal gland will calcify, causing you to be more susceptible to subliminal mind control. You will gain weight (ever notice that the roundest part of a person is typically where they are holding their cell phone/microwave transceiver?) You will have joint aches, strange nerve pain, wounds won't heal fast or well, you won't be able to digest easily (micro bubbles caused by microwaving your guts), etc, etc..
You are at a much higher risk for cancer.

They are called Death Towers because they aren't there to give you access to your Twitter feed and FB list, they are there to kill you and keep you entertained while they do it .

What can I do to reduce my exposure?

Unreasonable

Sure! 1 get an Electrosmog meter, they're fairly cheap and you don't need anything terribly accurate, just something to measure whats going on.

Best thing to do is remove as many wireless devices from your home and work space. Plug in your computer to ethernet, don't use tablets, laptops in wireless, cell phones, bluetooth headsets, etc... anything wireless used to have wires, find the wired version. Hell I even have a wired PS4 controller. I'm aware, not a luddite. Same thing at the work space, but this can be more difficult.

To combat ambient EMFs, i.e. cell towers, smart meters, wifi, peoples cell phones, I use a combination of things that I've figured out work for me. I wear Tommie Copper underwear and tank, it's made with copper and zinc and does a decent job of blocking signals. I keep my phone in a signal blocking pouch as well and I carry a signal blocking cloth that I can drape on anything I need to. The RadiSafe devices do actually work, I've tested them, so I place those on my phone, which is pretty much my only wireless device. When I use my phone I will text, then place the phone immediately down away from me while it sends, and if I do need to take a call, I only use speaker phone or earphones. I usually also keep it in the signal blocking case with the open end facing away from me. I wear various Organite devices and Anti-EMF stress stones, I like NuMe, a company from New Zealand. And finally I have a BluShield scalar emitting device, which is really a life changer if you have Hyper Hyper Sensitivity, it's my deflector shield for sure.

I watch for signs of exposure, and try to measure ambient EMFs whenever I go to a new place. Signs of overexposure include lethargy, irritation, headaches, ringing in the ears, violent outbursts, wounds that won't heal, strange rashes and sores on my tongue. I combat overexposure with Liposomal Vitamin C, Methylated B-Vitamins, Probiotics, CBD (cannabidiol), and my favorite, THC.

There's more for sure. Also more scary stuff than simple exposure symptoms. They also use various RF transmitters for subliminal thought manipulation, injection of ideas, and general fuckery with your subconscious. You can spot those by learning meditation, spending a lot of time in your own head and figuring out what your own thoughts sound like, and realizing that when a thought suddenly pops in your head that you would never think and doesn't sound like your thinking that it's not your thinking. Typically this happens more around TV, movies, sporting events, large gatherings, rather than the neighborhood cell tower/cancer generator/amusement provider.

Let me know if there's any questions!
