I would like to say that I would think the although the executive branch controls the military, the military will only follow orders to an extent before the AWOL status would cause them to rethink, That's why I still hold that Obama's speech about creating an equal to or greater than the military personal army is actually DHS. I am surprised that there isn't more of a push to federalize the police forces which would cement this theory...
