Police are corrupt and they destroy neighborhoods and cities. It happened to the neighborhood I grew up in. The cartels moved in and decided my quiet community side streets was a valuable route around a heavily patrolled military base. The community organized to combat them. We amassed a catalogue of photographs with pictures of drug dealers, their vehicles, drop off points,etc. Police did nothing because cartels pay well. Then other assholes realized the local force was turning a blind eye to crime and it was open season on my neighborhood. The muggers, gangbangers, rapist all found safe haven in my neighborhood under our corrupt protectors. Eventually all the decent people move away and businesses close, leaving only the desperately poor and emboldened criminals. But when people look in from the outside, all they see is a buncha niggers killing each other and they never question what that neighborhood used to be.
