The narrator is supposedly heir to Procter & Gamble, so I would take the video with a grain of salt. Some of what he says is true, but I think it's some form of controlled opposition.

This movie is one of the best out there and a must watch.

So what is your solution? Their site is basically an extension of the movie meant to extend to current events that has some of the best research available. The movie is meant to be lasting so they may not provide all the details but that's the purpose of the website.

Damn, now I want to know. Is your catalyst seemingly familiar with the concept that we are all fragments of a whole the simultaneously exists as an individual that has a massive set of cells and atoms swirling around inside? Kind of the visual illusion that keeps infinitely zooming in, but then realizing that on a real, physically structured level and actually doing something that benefits the entire whole, like providing as much shelter, food, clothing, etc. while also highly encouraging the able-bodied? The natural incentive here is you get to be able-bodied and in control of your life, whereas if you give up that divine power of autonomy, you are decidedly trapped in whatever "choices" are given to you. Who naturally wants to do that? There will be some, but not the many. Human nature is meant to thrive and wants to use the resources to do so, it's a factor of the biological function of all life, even viruses and cancer cells, is to thrive. But we as humans are gifted with an awareness of the whole, which isn't shared among many other beings. It can be hard to argue the perceptual awareness of other beings who don't communicate like we do, like dogs and cats, for instance, but that doesn't lessen their existence in consciousness (the whole). Using this consciousness is a gift, one that we have arrived at after many millenia of biological evolution. We've toyed with this for thousands of years of "civilized" existence, forming science, art, and philosophy.

But now we are in a time unlike anything ever seen before. We are so connected and we know that. We can see what is happening, all over the world, in practical real-time. What will we do with this awareness? Will we squander it on dank memes and facebook likes or use that energy to make someone's life better, one day at a time until we have the desire to actually get off our butts and be decent to each other? Not just this guy, or that lady, BUT ALL FREAKING FORMS OF LIFE. I get that it's impossible to move around without disturbing something, especially on an atomic level, but this blatant disruption of our ecosystem for this fiat currency based on hot air is getting the world nowhere, fast.

Just realize this connection to all that is, you are a biological product of your environment, it's in your DNA. What will we do with this connection to all things?

Great doco, just a egotistical douche bag presenter and his wife. Also the torus that they all make with their hands is laughable. I'll take nothing away from the facts, all in all it's great and worth a watch.

I think this is a good introduction into several messed up things that are going on in our world, especially for those who aren't usually in to such things. I'd love to see what this community thinks about it.
