I was watching a documentary (link inside) about a "lost" tribe in the Amazon, and I couldn't help but feel like I was being manipulated ( conspiracy )

More precisely, this doesn't feel real. It feels fake. Like a lost tribe was actually found, but were killed and then pretended to have resettled them.

I'm open to being wrong, but it is definitely staged...as in, scenes recreated and scripted like we generally accept reality shows are these days.
