I've thought this before. It really has more to do with making white people feel good about themselves while still telling black people how to think and live than improving the lives of minorities.

It saves the company money that they can give to the better qualified hires, since AA hires are generally less experienced and take longer to adapt to the company setting. They spend sometime there, and do not like it and leave because it is "too white".

No, affirmative action is a daily reminder to black folks that, outside of professional sports, they can't compete with white people. It won't make white people better, it just makes the workforce weaker.

Nobody is better then anyone else unless they specialize in an art/trade and are talented at it. Ideally anyway. The universe will throw all sorts of obstacles. Bureaucracy is one of them. Also identity politics which has seeped into the minds of the majority.

Im getting real fucking sick of this shit. They are so terrible at their jobs. And they get the promotions despite doing as little as possible. they have 2 choices, give up the job you can't do properly.
