So I see three possibilities here. 1. These three guys are nutters and aren't worth worrying about. 2. This is small part of some sort of psyop trying to malign the idea of anyone other than government police having a right to protect and serve. 3. The masons in this lodge are serious, and the notion of some sort of masonic police department operating outside of official government ones, that they are in a way above the law, is something the culture in their lodge or perhaps many lodges supports.
