Interesting.

According to some 'sources' that are 'insiders', the idea of ancient races living underneath the surface is nothing new and is completely true. This species evidently holds itself as 'pure' humanity as opposed to us surface dwellers who have been genetically altered over millennia. Evidently this same species has helped the surface humans throughout our known history after cataclysms and large scale disrupting events. They've presented themselves mostly as gods and goddesses, until surface humans get to a point in mental evolution that we realize gods don't exist. They then change the story to extraterrestrials or other-dimensional beings.

This manifesto almost reads like someone who had amazing mental powers, tapped into something they should not have without the 'proper' authorization, was then allowed to continue, decided to not follow that plan, and this disrupted the 'protection'. Unless you are very careful, there are entities that wish to harm others - its in the law of one. There is only one source, but this source has many manifestations and some can be considered evil in that they aren't serving in love or light.

This could also be a very real 'disclosure' inhibiting event: those that may want to come forward will not because they've seen what can happen if they do.

This might be a clue to suggest in questioning more.

Reading the article we are meant to believe that the increasingly confused, deluded, and irrational mind of this guy is at the same time totally sane and rational enough to write a complete manifesto detailing his life, the experiences, and the reasons for his actions.

Either the guy was totally sane and rational when he recorded his manifesto or he is completely mad and somebody else wrote all the logical and oh-so-handy explanations for everyone.

Whichever way you look at it - there's a lot to think critically about.

Now this is an ex-marine armed with a 45 caliber handgun (not 9mm), point blank, shooting a guy 6 times through vital organs and the head. And the guy is "absolutely fine". Just think about that.
