That is to say i think he did write it this guy is an intelligent fellow and a lot of this looks like miscommunication to me - if i have the ability i'll definitely outline that so everyone can understand.

I have chatted to him and other other party to the matter (i doubt Kyle will remember) (i barely do) but as I'm interfacing right here i have the ability to communicate with 'Elmo' that rules the world ha ha
