I'd chose neither. Libertarians often cry out for some kind of revolution or "blood of tyrants" bullshit. Revolutions are violent, bloody and leave States in an era of normlessness that devastates. Peaceful protest is very difficult. King and Gandhi took a lot of achieve what they did (and many died before them), and even then...it's still under an umbrella of 'cult of personality' (Gandhi slept naked with his cousins to prove he couldn't be tempted by his desires; King was unfaithful to his wife and may have beaten up some women).

I don't think violent revolution is the answer. But voting is totally worthless, especially in the US (Australia has order of preference with instant runoff. You literally can't throw your vote away there).

Hopefully the US collapse will be slow and people will deal with it quickly. I hope it doesn't happen in my lifetime. But it will happen.
