Well, "they" do seem to want to promote and implement digital electronics and genetic engineering into our world for some sort of purpose SPOILER! Though I cannot tell for sure of their intentions, I can tell you for sure that its results(if they aren't stopped quickly enough) would make your sickness look relatively pathetic, perhaps so much that it would look like you were lucky... relatively to their situation.

Therefore, stopping them would probably be good idea... the question is though: how?

The smart meters just provide cover for what they're doing. If it was like you say, your heart would be squeezed once every 10 seconds. Instead, the thought police were squeezing your heart whenever your thoughts were problematic . If someone never figures that out, or figures it out but refuses their guidance, they give up on that person and take the fake "source" of the guidance away.

They're even signaling it with their choice of school for that video, the symbol on the side of it...

Welcome to the club... Also. It uses the wires of your house as an antenna, and if you understand convergence and antennas then you realize you may be sleeping in one at 100x strength versus the side of a room. Just think how those that are electromagnetically sensitive are affected.
