I was pulled over by an undercover cab in NYC ten years ago for drifting my car on an on ramp. They told me to slow it down and drove off. Not sure why it's a big deal, cops use undercover cars everywhere. There's been undercover cabs in NYC for ages, it's no big secret, everybody knows about them.

It's basically the Cali of the East coast. Hopefully it'll sink into the ocean one day.
