I really try to have an open mind about everything, but this seems like a bit of a stretch. Going to need to see A LOT of evidence before I would admit to believing the earth is flat.

The whole flat earth theory doesn't make a lot of sense given satellites, gps, and electromagnetic laws.

Basically, we know that satellites are above us because you are able to get communications in the middle of the ocean, and people don't pick up directional signals pointing toward the ships from land based transmitters. We also know there are satellites, because you can see them overhead moving in an arc across the sky.

Why should I believe a video relying on old data captured before we had precise measurements?

I know three people who have been to the south pole, and one of them drove there from McMurdo station. None of the pictures or stories have a massive ice wall. And these are people who if there was some conspiracy, they would tell me.

come on guys, really?

muffalettadiver

Such an intelligent and well thought out comment. Really? At least come in with some criticism or sarcasm or something you no effort slacker.

Peglius

I think the intelligence of his comment directly correlates to the intelligence behind "flat earth theories"

Such an intelligent and well thought out comment.

Really? I barely even tried.

There are flight paths in the southern hemisphere. They're not as common, but they exist.
