The only real hope is that the FBI is waiting to charge her until it is too late for Obama to pardon her. That has to be what they are waiting for, there is no other reason to drag it out this long.

This is the real answer. HRC is fucking untouchable because she has connections with every slimeball who holds an office or position in public service, and if she doesn't know those people directly, she knows their superior or their superiors superior. Who else on the fucking face of the Earth could boldly lie under oath to our countries top people and get away with it? Who else could take away security from an already insufficient security force tasked with protecting Americans in hostile territory, and then get away scott free when those Americans are killed? Hillary.

Should she prosecuted? Absolutely!

Will she be prosecuted? Absolutely not!

Unfortunately, someone will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, she is above the law, so it will probably be some poor shmuck who doesn't have a clue what's going on. It doesn't matter WHO is guilty, it only matters that SOMEONE is guilty.

If Petraeus only got charged with a misdemeanor and Sandy Berger only got a slap on the wrist, then I have little confidence in Hillary being indicted on criminal charges.
