In case you didn't know, Stefan Moleneux is a NWO gatekeeper extraordinaire. When it comes to peaceful parenting, capitalism vs. socialism, government, climate change, feminism, and philosophy in general, he is spot on. His reasoning is always very logical and his arguments are superb. However, listen to him talk about Big Pharma, vaccines, GMOs, or 911 and other false flag events, and you will hear a totally different person. When it comes to these topics, he is totally closed-minded and unwilling to use his superior intellect to examine the evidence.

To give you an example, about a month ago, he did a couple videos called "The Flat Earth Debate! Yes, Really." and "The Young Earth Science Debate! Yes, Really.". By the titles, it's obvious that neither of these was an actual debate, rather a comical episode where Stefan easily dominates an intellectual inferior. Notice how he frames the debate by adding the condescending "Yes, Really." to the titles. If you're wondering why he would bother to even discuss such nonsensical topics on his show, it was just so he could associate this type of asinine ideology with the 911 truth movement. Just a few days later, he posted "The 911 Conspiracy Debate! Yes, Really."

Why G. Edward Griffin would do his show is beyond me.

If Molyneux believed some of those less accepted conspiracies he wouldn't have the listenership he has. You cannot tell people everything immediately. People only believe things if you come across as reasonable and similar. Molyneux fancies himself as a rational so he's hardly going to say anything that would place him so firmly in a category that's widely seen as irrational and nor should he.

As a general point one of the chief reasons Hitler was able to rise to power and then do everything he wanted when he got there was by keeping quiet about his real views and being careful to only tell people what they wanted to hear. Originally for instance there was no appetite among the German people for more war but he planted ideas in people's head that Germany was too small. He would do things like that: plant a suggestion in people's heads and then nurture it over time, especially a problem. Then you can suggest a solution to the problem that people will instantly agree with and perhaps wonder why you hadn't suggested sooner.

So this is how you win affection for conspiracy theories. You do it slowly. First step is probably just to tackle this idea that conspiracy theories in general are on the face implausible. I always find that view so funny seeing as there have been so many widely accepted conspiracies already. Topple that tower before moving on to the next one.

Hitler may have held his views in secret, but as far as I know, he did not promote opposing viewpoints and patronize those who agreed with his true opinions.

So there you have it: Stephen Molyneux, officially worse than Hitler! But seriously now that's because Molyneux avoids this stuff out of fear of what it would mean for his self-identity if he was one of those conspiracy nuts while Hitler was much more conscious and deliberate about it. Anyway I’ve been trying to reassure you here because you sound frustrated. What Molyneux is doing, rightly or wrongly, consciously or unconsciously, is just part of a necessary process. We need people like him to act as bridges between the more serious conspiracy theorists and the generally ignorant populous. Actually we need a lot more. This is by far the missing gap that needs to be filled.

His 9/11 video was an absolute disgrace to his channel. I'm glad his viewership let him know by making it his least popular video ever.

All you upvoaters just went on a government watch list!

jinbnters

Fuck em, upvoat away and show them see we know

EdSnowden

Given my username, I'm pretty sure they're already watching.

tee hee

NotWearingPants

It's likely that I am already on more than one list, so fuck 'em.

Grind_Goddess

I love Stefan's work. He can be such a dick, but he always makes such good points and backs them up so well that I can usually look past it.

ovix

If only he could take criticisms and acknowledge when he was wrong, that would be great.. See his "Truth about Stefan Moleneaux" video, it's a joke.

Grind_Goddess

Oh, I cringed so fucking hard. He gets so unnecessarily defensive when he's criticized.

His one on causation and correlation is pretty bad too. He just completely dismisses everything without anything to back it up.

go1dfish

Yeah he can be a dick, but I do love some of his videos.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=joITmEr4SjY is excellent, and so is https://youtube.com/watch?v=Xbp6umQT58A (even if it is a bit melodramatic)

Spark_Plugg

Can we just make our own gold backed currency already?

go1dfish

No

But things like /v/bitcoin are harder for them to shut down.

the-cats-nipples

I was just thinking about this. If they have enough money they could buy and sell bitcoin in large quantities to try and destabilize it and make people lose faith in it.

"What's the crime?"

"Competing with us."
