I suspect that the shill and propaganda people have stopped. I dont know why, but in my mind that would explain why things actually seem real. Also other subreddits seem to be getting a lot of traction for real news post.

I've had the same thought, for whatever that's worth. Who turned off the faucet? Are the shills on strike? Did Russia launch some sort of atomic super-shill program? Are the shills regrouping after some major defeat? Like they realized their tactics were self-defeating?

I don't know.. I had the same thought. Did the dam break? Where did the shills and vote-bots go? I'm not sure..

There's likely some or many groups of people buying out moderator spots for a lot of money then abusing the rules to push in censorship.

Ive always heard this but have not seen too much info on it.

It has become sort of a meme on big subs to reply to edgy comments with '/r/consipiracy'

Think that's where people are coming from.

I had the #1 and #2 posts on there the last two days. The one about he 53 government-admitted false flags, and then the one about the Israeli lobbyist talking about starting a false flag to create war with Iran.

I was so happy those two things got serious traction. Thousands of people were exposed to these ideas, many for the first time. I do think more and more people are waking up, most likely it'll be exponential growth as long as the communication channels stay open.

one thing important to mention, is that the narrative that reddit, cough, users have been hooked on is that conspiracy is kooks.

it very well may be organic, or a play to, sort of takeover r/conspiracy .

Oh there's definitely been a defamation approach for a long time now. The groups that want to make /r/conspiracy look bad try really hard to get the front page loaded with stuff like "Aliens run the government" and "our leaders are lizard people" type of content, so it makes the whole sub look bad. This happens on other conspiracy sites too.

I believe a takeover has already happened. There have been a few entirely uncharacteristic threads in the past few weeks, a ron paul thread, a few about isreal, etc. It would not surprise me to see a lot of Admin censorship going on there. I think that it is primarily voting manipulation to push an agenda as outright censorship is much easier to spot.
