Dear EU,

Instead of contributing to the death of foreigners, as you have done for, oh, most of your history, perhaps you should change the economic policies you and your fellow 1st world nations use against the countries of origin of these refugees that cause them to want to emigrate. Perhaps if you weren't plundering these nations for their resources, installing totalitarian regimes, and siphoning money from their economies by way of the World Bank and IMF, these countries would become economically vibrant enough that their citizens wouldn't need to risk their lives to try to come to your nation.

Not that I actually expect a single one of you sociopathic nutjobs to change your ways, but I feel like it needs to at least be said out loud.
