So any food coming out of tinned cans, plastic bottles, anything with high fructose corn syrup, and a host of other shit?

As someone who spent the last year reading labels and trying to eat healthy it has been real eyes opening all the shit that is put in food and how it is actually hard/impossible to eat clean.

Now not only is the food shit but it is stored in poisonous containers, of which government has been aware of for over 20 years.
