Why even put chips in humans? We have:

-Constantly connected cellphones

-GPS in our cars

-Newer cars are full of computerized electronics

-Actual computer OS (Microsoft specifically) phones home frequently

-Smart TVs can listen to your conversations (as well as cell phones and webcams)

-Instagram and Facebook and Twitter and other social media have geotagging

-Other websites can track your location too

Point being: when are you not being watched?
